I like the idea your products are "green" and leave no residue. I was very happy you have a local Sacramento location to work through. The service was awesome and did even better than I expected considering my two dogs and cat and how long it had been since I'd had then cleans. You're technician was very friendly and explained everything to me.
Steven(sic?) was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpet while protecting our property from damage. We do have one comment that in no way detracts from our overall satisfaction. The drying time for our carpet was exponentially longer than we expected or were given to believe from the website or from Steven. We had the carpet cleaned at approximately 1 pm and it was still very damp when we retired after 10pm. This was very inconvenient. Maybe next time we get our carpet cleaned it will be during summer months.

I was able to take advantage of Zerorez's great offer of $33 per room for 3 rooms and the 4th room free. Pretty darn sure that is the best offer out there. Service tech was named Ben, dude was quick and did a great job. I can't ask for more than that and I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Charlie was our technician and he was very friendly and efficient. We had a plastic bottle of Lysol toilet bowl cleaner leak and leave a bright blue stain about the size of a 50 cent piece on the carpet upstairs. Charlie tried to get rid of it to the point of calling his supervisor, but was sorry to report that he couldn't get the stain to go away. As it turns out, by the next morning, after the carpet fully dried, the blue stain had faded to the point that it is no longer noticeable. Good work, Charlie! Thanks.
