I have waited to respond to the survey for a month. Mainly because I wanted to wait to see how long my carpet would look clean. I was concerned about my old berber carpet in the hall. I am happy to say even after 4 weeks it looks like it was just cleaned! I am very happy with the results with the rest of the house as well. The only thing that was disappointing was that in the package special I bought I was to get a chair cleaned along with the carpet. Somewhere that part was lost but the carpets look great.

My carpet looks almost new and it is at least 10 years old. Also, stains have not shown back up after a few months, which has never happened before with other cleaners. Also, no cleaner or chemical smell

When I first contacted Zerorez my call was handled in a very professional manner. I told the representative I was calling because Melissa Wade from 103.9 recommended them highly and I wanted to give them a try. She gave me a quote according to the rooms I needed cleaning and a date for the service. When Kevin and his co-worker arrived at my home on Monday they were very courteous and professional, explaining how the cleaning process would be done. I love the fact that you are a green company. My grandchildren live with me and they both have allergies. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend my family and friends. My carpet looks great!!!!!!

The carpet cleaner was so personable and professional. He did an excellent job; the carpet isn't pretty to me in the first place and is only temporary, but it looks clean and smells so much better. The carpet took hours to dry; not days. I would have him come clean our new carpets if ever they need it.
