i like the fact that there is no residue left in the carpet. The tech was very friendly and cooperative while he was here. He tried hard to remove old stains from our bedroom carpet.

Our problem with Zerorez was that we were supposed to have a morning appointment and the tech did not get here until 1:05 p.m. He thought our appointment was to be between 12 and 2. i was supposed to be somewhere at 2 so i was late.

Love the product when used correctly. Previously, some months ago a different tech who cleaned our carpet then had to come back after we called the office to complain that the carpet was still very wet & tried to dry the carpet as it was still so wet after 8 hours and left fans here which we had to contend with for hours and then returned later to pick them up. However,we decided to try one more time since we love the product and the new guy which came yesterday really impressed us with his professional job. This tech had it basically dry when he left in a short time. Please thank him for a great job and again love the product. We would appreciate getting him again and would recommend to friends to request him when they call zerorez.

The friendliness of your associate, the positive attitude he had from the time he came in to the time when he left. He did a very good job cleaning our furniture and carpet. The only drawback it took almost 2 days for the berber carpet to dry and some stains did start bleeding through once it was dry; it did not show up while he was cleaning the carpet, but still looks 100% better than what it was even with some areas bleeding through.
