Every part of every step was clean. Every single part!!
Would I have changed anything about the visit? Yes. There was some kind of circular mark on one of the top steps. I think it was there when we moved in three years ago. It actually appears to be rust. However, I digress. I would have preferred that the Cleaner had pointed out to me of its existence and its refusal to be removed. If I had not remembered its existence, I might have not realized his apparent work ethics. Please thank him again for his willingness to give his customer's their money and time's worth.

Very clean carpet

I like the feel of the carpet under my feet since being cleaned with Zerorez products. I am so pleased with how the carpet looks and feels! Also the fresh clean scent, I never wanted it to go away! But it did after a few days and I wish it hadn't. Patrick was the 1st technician who did my service. He gave me a wealth of info about the products and service. He was a very nice and courteous young man. Matthew, another tech who came out, also was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous individual as well. Since my wonderful experience, I have told several of my neighbors, and friends to use Zerorez. Thank you for the great service and all that you do.
