No chemicals! Technician was very polite and did not mess up the house too much. There was some wet footprints on the hardwood floors, but that's to be expected when the carpets are wet. But the hoses did not mar any door frames etc.

It works - the carpet looks GREAT! Additionally, the service is excellent. The guys took the time to 'do it right'. They showed up right on time and were courteous and professional.

The entire process was simple and efficient. The technicians gave me 20 minutes advanced notice before arriving so I could make sure everything was as I wanted it to be. They were clean, polite and professional. They were informative about other products that zerorez offers that I had not initially requested, but were not pushy about selling and I did actually have them put a "protective treatment" on me stairs.

My carpets looked AWFUL before Zerorez and they looked virtually brand new when the technicians left.

Employee very efficient. I asked for changes in what I had originally requested ane he adjusted without a question. The stains I worried about disappeared. I will gladly recomment Zerorez.

The clean appearance and smell of carpet and furniture after cleaning. We have used other companies during our years of home ownership and no other company can match the job done by Zerorez. Randy was excellent in efficiency, thoroughness and customer service--he was knowledgable of other services offered and we are considering these for a rental home we own.
