He explained that process as well. Mr. Reiss treated my carpet with a stain resistance and recommended how much time I should stay off the carpet. He was very nice and professional.

Prompt and carpet dried overnight. The fresh orange smell from the cleaner used instead of suds. All natural products. I keep my house clean because I have three large dogs that are inside most of the time and the products used were pet friendly and that is important to me.

Carpets had good cleaning results. The technician was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable of the process and products. The only criticism I would have is that I thought the cost was relatively high for the work that took approximately an hour.

I especially liked the machine that cleaned my kitchen tile floor. It worked amazingly well at cleaning the grout. The only issue I had was that it was soooooo expensive, $200 for a very small area that took a total of approx. 30 min.
