I like that Zerorez uses no chemicals. I also like that the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Matt was the employee that came to my home. He was very kind and professional! He answered all my questions and did a great job! He made time to discuss the proper care for cleaning my oriental rug and therefore I decided to get it cleaned also. He made my carpets look knew again.

This was my first experience with Zerorez. My technician, Joshua was wonderful. His dedication to his work and Zerorez showed in the quality of cleaning that he provided. He was very thorough and it showed that his main priority was to please his customer. Great person! I was very pleased with the work done at my home. I will be using Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs.

i like the fact that there is no residue left in the carpet. The tech was very friendly and cooperative while he was here. He tried hard to remove old stains from our bedroom carpet.

Our problem with Zerorez was that we were supposed to have a morning appointment and the tech did not get here until 1:05 p.m. He thought our appointment was to be between 12 and 2. i was supposed to be somewhere at 2 so i was late.
