Our technician took the time to address our individual/unique carpet issues and did a very thorough job.
I would not recommend the pet odor treatment. Even after you came out a second time to spray the carpet with the deordorizer, it still smells. This product did nothing for our carpet.
Please know that both of the service technicians that came out did great jobs, and I have no problem with them. It's just everytime I get suckered into paying for this extra service, I am disappointed.
Also I think it is a shame, and sneaky of you, that you charge $57 for one extra room, when the price we are paying as part of a 5 room special is $39.80. It comes out to be $39 for the 3 room special you run as well!!!! So next time what I will do is have you come out to my house for two separate visits and have you clean 3 rooms at a time. I would save money this way. You shouldn't penalize, charge more, for someone who is allowing you to clean more of their house!!!! Not good business practice in my opinion.

The promptness in getting our bid and scheduling the cleaning. Also, the quality of the cleaning was excellent. All people we dealt with were very polite and businesslike.
Your company has a new long-term customer! Your service removed stains from a carpet that Stanley Steemer hasn't been able to remove for two years. I can't imagine what other grim their process was failing to remove. I wish we would have switched to you years ago.
My suggestion would be to provider significant first-time customer discounts. The only reason I tried out ZeroRez was because there was a rare lull in Stanely Steemer promotional offers. In addition, I imagined that all carpet cleaning services did the same quality of work. So it has always just been a cost decision. Get first-time customers hooked! Show them that, yes, there is a premium over competitors but the quality is better.
Alternatively, and of course, my preference is that you offer continual promotional offers to all customers (or maybe the customers who use your service regularly). Then you've really got loyal customers with more comparative prices AND better quality.

Quick turn around time to make the appointment
The technician was very professional and informative. I like the fact that no chemicals are used in the cleaning of the carpet and it dries within a few hours. I get my carpet cleaned every year and will continue to use Zerorez in the the future as well as request that Randy be the technician that Zerorez sends to do the cleaning.
