Friendly service, on-time, efficient, quality -- don't feel like you're trying to pull a fast one in terms of add-ons. (though you sometimes do add-on) :-) -- My only comment is why is the special treatment (an additional bit of spray) for pets an additional cost per room? I'm not sure that spraying an additional chemical on some spots should equal 50 per room -- perhaps 50 for the use of the treatment -- perhaps per floor?
