Zack was a very nice young man, gave me the courtesy call, was on time, very knowledgeable, courteous, professional...you name it, I was impressed. I felt I was presenting him with a unique challenge with my pet stains in my hallway and he offered multiple solutions, assured me he would do his best, invited me to come see his progress and my carpets turned out fantastic.

I didn’t feel like he was trying to oversell me although I did end up paying for extra, I was happy to do so because Zack made me feel confident in his capabilities.

So thank you to Zerorez and thank you to Zack! His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness led me to a fabulous experience.

my carpet is finally clean after numerous failed attempts with another major carpet cleaning chain. The carpet was dry in 6 hours, no musty wet carpet smell, and it's actually fluffy and clean!! The technician was very helpful in recommending various treatments and took his time to really get a deep clean. I was initially reluctant to using Zerorez due to the higher cost...but now I know why it's more! Worth EVERY penny!!

my rugs look brand new. you would never know i have 2 dogs, and 2 grandchildren. All the pile is up and clean but miraculously feels brand new.

A return visit when I saw some areas on the carpet that did not look cleaned.

My carpet that I have in my home is about 25 years old not everything came out but did a very good job. Would use again for sure.

We originally had Zerorez clean our carpets as we prepared to sell out home. They were in rough shape but Zerorez did an awesome job. A few weeks later some markings showed up - I called the company back and they sent someone out to look no questions asked. One area hadn't dried properly, so the area was redone. Looks great now. For both appointments the technician was on time and thorough. Great customer service all around.
