Our carpet is 21 years old and we have used rental carpet cleaners they would look like they cleaned the carpet but once the carpet dried the stains were right back. Zerorez cleaned the carpets and all the spots are gone and did not return. The carpet feels and smells fresh and looks years newer.

The young man who cleaned my filthy carpet told me before he started that he would do his best but that two area with ground in soil would probably not ever look perfect again. He worked very long and hard, and I am happy with his work. He was very polite and honest.
No chemicals were used and the outcome was beautiful, leaving our carpets and area rugs looming like new. No chemical smells or residue as promised. The technicians explained the process and were very concerned about ensuring no harm to any items in or around the areas they were working in.
