Great job of cleaning & very nice person. However, I probably would not use your co. again when you ask well in advance if I wanted morning or afternoon appt. & then you " cannot keep the appt"!!!! I have too much going on in my life to make last minute changes for you. There is plenty of other carpet cleaners & I have never had this problem before!!!!!!!
