Brian Hildreth was very thorough. He surveyed the house, calculated the price and pretreated stains twice. He cleaned the carpet quietly and effectively and was very professional in his interaction with me. When he was finished cleaning he gently suggested that I consider scotch guarding and allowed me to make a decision - which was positive.

The carpet looked great after the cleaning and the technician Mike Murphy was very knowledgeable about cleaning carpet.

I found the technician to be very professional. He was pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. When I need Zerorez again, I hope they send the same technician. :-)

Zerorez team did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and area rugs. They even trimmed loose strands on my area rugs (from cat scratches)! Rugs looks and smell brand new!

Very professional. Tech was extremely polite and well trained in what to do. Did have an issue come up later in that the turnaround time for cleaning 2 area rugs became excessive in my view and I had to cancel that part of the service.
The customer service department quoted 3 weeks. The tech said about a week and just not suit my needs at this time. It does not reflect on the overall quality of the work done however.

My carpet looked great and most of the the spots in the high traffic areas were removed. They were right on time as promised and when I got home from work my carpets looked and smelled awesome!
