Great service. Very professional. Willing to work with the customers. Awesome cleaning of our Kitchen tiles/grout. Looks like new. Our carpet cleaning still has some stains after it was dry. Will call the service rep and I'm sure they will re-do some parts to remove stains. Overall very satisfied.

The carpet cleaning was able to sufficiently restore the look of my carpets especially in high traffic areas that I no longer feel the need to replace them. I plan instead to simply have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez more often.
