Service was on the time that was stated, and started promptly. Carpets looked very good after the service was completed. Beau was very personable and helpful.

The service tech was polite, knowledgeable and let me know what he found after he was finished. He mentioned he found a couple of paint spots and a spot on the stairs. The spot on the stairs was where one of my cats had thrown up that morning. I had tried to get as much up as possible. I felt that for the size of the our house, the price was very reasonable.
