Freddy, the technician, was very good. My carpets look the best they have in years. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and will use thmy again, if I can afford them.
I was a bit shocked at the cost, however. Way more than expected. I will ask around to try and find a less expensive company. The work was good, I will say that. But, as a widow living on Social Security, I probably won't be able to afford it again.
My son might rent a machine and do them for me. I can't myself.
