Brian was my service Tech. and he was very personable and professional. One of the rooms to be cleaned was really bad; but Brian told me not to worry. There was also an area rug that I had inquired about, but was not happy about the quote over the phone. The reservationist said that I could consult with the Tech. I did just that, and Brian evaluated all of the spaces and recommended the best combination for the special (which included the area rug). Brian was able to clean the bad room better than expected, along with the other spaces.
My 20 year old carpet looks like new! I'm amazed at the results. Doramus was the carpet technician and he was great to work with!
