When I called to schedule an appointment and then had to cancel and reschedule, there was no problem rescheduling. And the tech, Miguel, was very polite and thorough with his cleaning. Miguel also had suggestions but there was no 'high pressure.
No soap
No residue left in carpet. Almost dry when finished. So far no stain too tough for Zerorz to get out. Technicians have always been courteous.
