The carpets looked great after the cleaning and the technician was great! I think that the pricing of cleaning area rugs should be more in line with the cost of the room cleanings. Seems very high since the same method is used. Do you ever run area rugs specials?

There was absolutely no odor during or after our cleaning and our carpet looks almost like new. The drying time was much less than what the technician told us it would be. In our computer room we had a chair mat that was placed on the carpet in front of the desk when the carpet was new and after the cleaning both areas looked almost the same. Your technician was very polite and informative about the products used and his procedure. Last but not least the cost of service was very good!
