We just moved into a new house and there was some pet smell left over in the carpets. So far it seems like Zerorez was able to get the smell out and left our carpets feelin real clean. Alex was our serviceman and he was amazing!
Explained the products, we didn’t feel rushed and he did a terrific job! Our carpets and stairs cleaned up better than we could have hoped for. Will certainly use Zerorez again and hope to have Alex back!

Ken was professional and appeared to do a great job. Unfortunately the oder lifter spray we had done did not hold past the day it was applied.......this was disappointing as we had company coming 2 days later. Outside of that, yes we will call your company back to clean the carpets again. Name removed
