The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous. They took the time to explain all options available to me for cleaning specific stain types and then got to work. The stains were miraculously gone, the carpet was remarkably dry (though I still stayed out of the rooms for a few hours) and the carpets did not feel "crunchy" like one sometimes gets after using a carpet cleaning soap solution. The air also smelled very clean and not perfumy. I highly recommend this service.
