The scheduling process was quick & easy. I had to reschedule but they worked with me to find a time that worked. I was sent emails that explained the process & what I needed to do before they arrived . The guy arrived on time, looked at the areas to be cleaned and then shared what he would be doing and made some additional suggestions for some stains. The process was very smooth and he was done within the time frame he had stated. There were some stains that couldn’t be completely removed but they definitely look better. Overall I’m pleased.

Set up was simple and I received a call from the tech when he was on his way and once he arrived at the house (I was not there). He went over what they were going to do in detail and what he recommended. I was very pleased with the service and communication.

The technician was great and was very helpful. I was nervous as there was deep set in pet odors that another company’s steam cleaning couldn’t get out. After the application, the citrus smell was great. And after a few days I was shocked by the results. I’m very thankful as we were considering replacing the carpets. Instead, the house sold and I was able to save that money.
