Nice smell on day 1. Next day that smell is gone. Brought me into the smell bc they had a gun that pointed to areas whereas I had pet pee. But I don't have any pets. Said it cost 80.00 but he could let me have it for 40.00 and you have a 25.00 service charge. Pricey right? 3 rooms 119.00 and they don't do a small hallway with that offer. Overall service technician was nice.

The products are gentle on the carpet fiber! My service technician kwame was so knowledgeable and helpful to share his expertise on the care of my oriental carpet he was quick but thorough ! I would definitely have zerorez clean my carpets again!
