Technician was super informative by taking the time to explain the importance of why the air duct cleaning is a great benefit for one's with allergies. Recommended the UV light to help eliminate bacteria from forming & doing air duct cleaning once, every three years. He took his time and thoroughly cleaned each vent. Also performed the dryer vent cleaning, explaining this should be done annually. As he packed up, I went outside and returned in my home and could tell a huge difference. We are happy with the services and will continue to use Zerorez for future cleaning š
