Jordan was amazingly friendly and did a fantastic job identifying and explaining the process. The service was so quick and my 12 year old carpet looks amazing! We should be able to get a couple more years from it. I inquired about air duct cleaning and she could have easily passed me off to the website or another person, but she gathered all the information herself and presented me with an estimate before she left.
