Jaime, our technician was great. He tried hard to understand our needs and solve some tough stain problems without killing us financially! The results were wonderful and although I paid more than I planned to, I understood what I was paying for so that's all anyone can ask. Again, the results were as good as possible and that's what matters.

We like that Zerorez stands behind their work and does what it takes to get the job done. We recently had a rental townhome carpet cleaned by Zerorez, and was not there when tech finished. But when we did go in to do additional work to get townhome ready to show to potential tenants we saw a
the carpet still had lots of dirty areas. We called Zerorez back and they promptly sent another tell out (Jamie) and he recleaned the dirty areas and we were very pleased!! He was determined, very courteous and one would have thought he was the owner of the carpet cleaning company. Thanks Zerorez...and thanks Jamie.

The representative did a thorough job in cleaning our carpet. He explained what he would be doing and included his recommendations as far as services offered.

We have always been a Zerorez household and appreciate the fact in knowing our carpets will be looking their best, sanitized and cleaned without leaving behind any annoying residue, but this particular appointment to our home was our best experience to date and it was all because of your employee, Ross. Our carpet specialist, Ross, was so very approachable and completely in his element with his knowledge in his job and in answering our questions to discuss certain cleaning options/concerns. He worked diligently and earnestly, especially in a few places that our dog's playfulness resulted in some of his extra-attention and cleaning. We enjoyed our cleaning experience with Ross and his expertise that we also called in to your office to make sure you realize what a great ambassador Ross is for your organization. He was so easy to talk to while also being completely expedient with the task at hand and getting his job done as efficiently as possible. He offered us just the right advice and carpet cleaning expertise, he deserves a raise and we hope every time we get our carpets cleaned...we'll always see his happy face greeting us on the other side of our front door! Our service was amazing. Our technician, Ross, was extremely polite and kind. He explained the service and got right to work. He also cleaned some smaller rugs while he was here. We are very pleased with the service!!

A "green" clean that was easy to schedule; on-time technician, reasonable price and surprisingly good results on carpet we have never had professionally cleaned. Add to that a quick dry. What's not to like!

Your staff always come well within the time frame given. They are very professional and respectful. They come in and get the job done and leave. No hanging around or prolonging the job. The products that they use, really work.

Technician was great!

ZeroRez did an an amazing job cleaning our carpets after several months of pet accidents. No sign of the old stains at all. They were on time, very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend ZeroRez.
