The technician was most pleasant and did a good rob.

I chose Zerorez because I like there is no soap residue. My technicians, Ross and the new fellow he was training, Chris , were right on time, curteous, and got the job done in the time promised. The carpet is very old but when they got done it looked SO much better. There is also a mild fresh scent that is very pleasant. I'm a happy customer!

They came within the given time frame. They did not use harsh chemicals and the job got done fairly quickly. The technicians were polite and respectful and answered all pertinent questions.

I use your services for cleaning my carpet and I feel that your products are excellent because my floors always look very clean. My carpet is very old (14 years) and I've only been using you for about 4-5 years and I feel that if I would have been using you guys from the very beginning my carpet would look even better than what it does now. Also, it doesn't take a very long time for the carpet to dry and it doesn't have a strong smell. Really in my opinion it doesn't have a smell at all which I like! I recommend you to anyone I come across that need your type of services. My sister started using you in Atlanta because of me. So please continue supplying great products and services and don't do like some company's and start cutting corners to try and make more money at the expense of your brand and the customers. Please also do your best not to act like you are giving discounts but then charge for other things where we end up paying more than we plan because no matter how great the product no one wants to feel like they have been manipulated or tricked when they thought they were getting a good deal. Not saying that your company is doing this but just saying to be mindful because something like that will hurt your business in the long run.

The carpet and rugs look fabulous, but the big thumbs up from me is because there was no smell!
