However it’s hard for me to get the information from the website. Or least you should give the technician the hard copy of the carpet protect information.

I really like how you’re product cleans carpets. The only thing that bothers me is they tell you the carpet will dry in 4-6 hrs. My carpet was cleaned 30 hrs ago and still have damp areas
