We are pleased with the results of the clean carpets. We will probably have to make another appointment because one of the rooms has a cat urine smell still. Our technician did the best he could with the pet treatment but mentioned something about another procedure, an extraction.

The technician doesn't waste any time and is in and out in an hour. There is no cleaning solution odor left behind and the carpets are completely dry in a very short period of time.

the process and results were great, however your tech drove over my grass and caused a fair amount of damage in my lawn. my landscaper will come by today give me an estimate on the damage, so will let you know what the cost will be to repair. Name removed
