Jamie did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. There was a pet stain I was unsure that would come out and sure enough, it did. I really like how you’re product cleans carpets. The only thing that bothers me is they tell you the carpet will dry in 4-6 hrs. My carpet was cleaned 30 hrs ago and still have damp areas
