Ray did an above average job cleaning my carpets and tile. The carpets have some spots but look acceptable. Overall a good job removing the majority of the dirt and getting the carpets looking acceptable.

We had zerorez come out 3 separate times for 1 call - which we've never had in the history of using y'all, but apparently 3rd time was a charm and got all the smells up but the one room (which we're looking into our carpet warranty for). I just want to thank y'all for being so accommodating, understanding and helpful. We have never, and probably will never use another carpet cleaning company. We appreciate the awesome customer service! We rescue and foster dogs and you all have been a life saver so our house doesn't smell like dog urine. :-) Thanks again!

Next business day availability helped, but the condition of the carpet upon completion is the most significant. The carpet isn't soaked for 2-3 days like other services.
Landon did a wonderful job in cleaning the carpet taking special care navigating the furniture. My carpet is now immaculate, spotless, clean smelling and dried quickly. We have using Zerorex for the past several years and always have been highly satisfied. Landon was efficient, polite, courteous and very affable. He demonstrated how much dust can accumulate in furniture, and outlined other services of the company. Landon reflects well on the company.

Caleb was our technician. The first visit, he was on time, and willing to change his schedule so that the air duct tech could come in and finish his job. On the second visit, he was able to arrive early and called to ensure that was OK. As for how well he performed his job; he was fast, efficient, did an amazing job, was extremely friendly and helpful and also highly knowledgeable about the technology and process used by ZeroRez + about other related topics (like recent studies about carpeting versus hardwood floors/tiles). I was home for his first visit and my husband was for his second visit. Because of my feedback from his first visit, my fiance called and specifically requested Caleb as our technician to finish our visits.
