The technician that came to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I also like that the products are environmentally friendly.

We are pleased with the results of the clean carpets. We will probably have to make another appointment because one of the rooms has a cat urine smell still. Our technician did the best he could with the pet treatment but mentioned something about another procedure, an extraction.

Doreamus Brewer did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpets! I have a few stains and one particularly difficult! But he continued to treat and it DID come out! The environmentally safe process really gets my carpets clean and looking brand new every time. The technicians are always friendly and personable and they either arrive on time or call about coming early if it works for my schedule. The technician doesn't waste any time and is in and out in an hour. There is no cleaning solution odor left behind and the carpets are completely dry in a very short period of time.

the process and results were great, however your tech drove over my grass and caused a fair amount of damage in my lawn. my landscaper will come by today give me an estimate on the damage, so will let you know what the cost will be to repair. Name removed

The cleaning products were all natural and had an excellent orange smell. I was very impressed by the punctuality of the service man and his knowledge about the company and the products offered.
