Yesterday we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez, our first time using them. The fellow who came was very nice, professional, explained what he was going to do, confirmed the prices with us, then proceeded. Our carpets look really terrific and even last night I said to my husband that I do not recall that they looked as good last time we had them cleaned; perhaps they did look as well, but I do not recall but I do recall that we had had them clean two area rugs and I was not happy with the result on them. I will definitely call this company again.
