She pretreated and then carefully cleaned everything. She got all of the edges and really lighted up the dark spots. She was very pleasant and easy to work with, very conscientious and did a really great job. I decided to try your competitors last time and was very disappointed in their work. Usually i'm away when they clean, I come home and it's all done. But this time i was here. Im impressed with the way Nate and Riker handled my job. They were respectful of my home and did a great job on my carpets. What was really impressive is that they were genuinely concerned that I was happy. If I wasn't retired and still had my company, id want Nate and Riker to represent my company to the public.
