Quick drying. Don't feel residue when walking barefoot on carpet. Carpet is soft does not get stiff and hard after drying. Spots are easy to clean in between shampooing.

Overall, the carpet cleaning was very good and I was going to give it a 10 but I realized after the technician left that he drove through my yard pulling in and out of the driveway leaving deep ruts in my recently reseeded lawn. Its a short straight driveway so it really shouldn’t be a problem.
