Client Testimonials

Professional and thorough in explaining the process

Technician was honest about what we could and couldn't expect from our cleaning.

My carpets needed a basic cleaning and they did a great job! They were personal yet professional and explained exactly what was needed. No upselling. Worked out great.

Price and professionalism

excellent customer service

Scent upon completion.

Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. The appointment was made after the estimate was submitted. Many questions were asked. Reminder calls and texts were appreciated. Someone called me back even though i did not leave a message! Gerald was my serviceman who cleaned furniture and an area rug. He was attentive to all our questions and the tasks of cleaning. He reviewed everything and when we could put down our area rug. Used a dryer in the room when he completed the work. I would have him back. Thank you.

The service person was excellent!

Prompt, professional, polite, compassionate and friendly

We have white carpets which we've had for over 15 years and Zerorez has taken care of them from the start and has kept them in good condition. After an awful experience with a technician a year ago, Kwame (who had served us before) cane back this week and the carpets look great again.

Its dried fast and the operators were great

The team who came to steam clean our carpets were very polite & professional. Great results and reasonably priced. Recommend.

Great

It made our move out look brand new!

The cleaner was great to work with! My only gripes were about the company's designation for my small loft area with two very small branches of hallway.
