Malek was very nice and polite. He did a very good job. He explained what he would be doing and how long we needed to wait for the drying process. He didn't talk down to me like the man from another company that "cleaned" our rug. Malek was actually able to clean the rugs so well! They look so much better!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent job Zerores did cleaning my carpets. I especially want to call out James Mack, who was an outstanding service technician. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. My carpets look fantastic, and I really appreciate the care he put into the job.
To be clear, James was very upfront about the additional costs for extra rooms, stair landings, spot treatments, and deodorizing, and we agreed on the price before he began. My only hesitation is that the final cost ended up being considerably higher than the original quote I received. I wouldn’t call it a bait-and-switch, but it did leave me a little surprised. That said, the quality of the work and the level of service James provided made it a good overall value.
