Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. On the day of the service, I was updated on the arrival of the service technician several times, so I was ready when he arrived. Overall general appearance of the carpet was great, but was very delighted with the way some long-standing stains were removed. Also, your service representative was very articulate explained everything carefully and was extremely hard worker. He got lucky finding this guy he’s excellent.
