Our service technician Ali did a great job on our carpets. He explained the process and answered any questions we had. The carpet looked great and the drying time was minimal. I will be using Zerorez again. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past but as far as drying time goes Zerorez has them beat.

He always goes above and beyond for Zerorez and has worked for them years. He is the reason I continue to use this company.
