Jaquan did a great job of explaining everything he was doing, identifying problem stains that needed extra attention, and cleaning our wool rug so that it looks better than it has in years! Jaquan was friendly, knowledgeable, and super careful. I was very pleased with the final results! I will definitely call on Zerorez again in the future.
