When he was finished he gave us good instructions about what to expect, clean up behind himself, and was very pleasant.

Zerorez did a very good job - 1) Stacy text me the time he could arrive (liked the fact that it was before the time slot given me); 2) he was conscious of protecting my house, although in & out getting his equipment, he always put on shoe protectant booties; 3) he was able to get the many spots out of my rug; 4) he was courteous; and 5) he completed the service in an hour. My carpet looks great!

They took the time to clean my carpet. And they were very professional. They do;nt use any chemicals. The technician was very respectful. And very nice.

We’ve been using Zerorez for years and they never disappoint. Adam was here yesterday and he did a fantastic job, Our carpets look brand new and we’re so pleased. Adam was amazing! Very pleased with the carpet cleaning services today. Carpets look great. While I ended up paying a bit more than planned, it was okay as I was able to have an additional room cleaned. It would be nice if you are more upfront about what is included in the $99 special as the stain guard treatment was additional.

Also, we had the ducts/vents service yesterday. While I was pleased with the service, we ended up spending much more out of pocket than expected by almost $1000. Again, it would be great if you could be more upfront about the service and charges that are required to get the best results and protection, i.e. sanitation, purifier, etc.

Professional technician

Very professional. Return calls promptly and have always done an excellent job.

Brian was polite and professional and thoroughly explained everything. The carpets looked great. My only constructive criticism is on the booking of the appointment. I asked for an afternoon appointment and was told it would be between 10am-1pm the Saturday prior. Brian arrived before 10am (he did call first). That does not qualify as an afternoon appointment.

,he wanted to know what were my concerns. The Technician was very detailed in making sure that the rug was clean thoroughly. He was courteous and attentive to my concerns.
