He was efficient and didn’t take an exhort amount of time, and the results were outstanding. In fact, I had two of my daughters go into a room, where smells were a problem before his treatment. I asked him what they smelled, and they said I don’t smell anything. It’s gone. I would absolutely use you again.

It was easy to arrange for someone to out and clean our carpets. Stacy Johnson was the person who came out to do our carpets. He was on time and very personable. There was an issue with the stairs, but he came back and did them on his hands and knees. When I called about a redo they were very helpful and worked with the time frame I had.

This is my second time using zerorez and they have done a great job once again our technician name was Joe great guy he called when he was on his way and actually arrived earlier than we expected which was great very curious and we had a specific plan for our cleaning so we could get furniture moved around while he was cleaning other rooms and gladly worked with us and got the job done in a timely fashion as I said great guy and hopefully we'll get him the next time we use zerorez thanks you guys for the awesome service you provide.
