Stacey was the individual who came to do the work. He was professional and very considerate of our comfort making sure we knew about the condition of the carpet as he cleaned the carpets. He wanted to make sure we knew that the cleaning solution would be slippery just in case we needed to walk on the carpet. He also made sure that a couple of stains were removed, and they were. I had some problems with stains on the carpet left after cleaning. ZeroRez came back twice to correct the problem areas. I am very impressed with the concern the technician showed and his desire to make this customer happy.
