The service technician arrived on time, called beforehand and cleaned our carpets perfectly without leaving bright green bleach spots on our carpet.

I like the lack of chemicals used because my grandson will be crawling on these floors. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets called ahead and was right on time with his projection. He was professional and appropriately friendly. I am pleased with the results and plan to use Zerorez again.

I was drawn in by the testimonial ad on FISH 104.1 and impressed that no detergents are used. Jeff did a great job (even though the power went out in our neighborhood!) The carpets look great & your pricing was very reasonable! I have used a private ("Mom & Pop") business for over 10 years to come in annually for carpet cleaning. As nice as they are, I really prefer the results from Zerorez. (Even if I feel like I'm cheating on my previous carpet cleaner co!?)

Our shag carpet has never been so clean. We have a central vacuum system and it was hard to get the dirt out of the White shag carpet we have. Now the carpet vacuums so nicely and looks great and vibrantly white!
I can say that the pet urine remover made the area where my daughter's dog peed (our family room downstairs) spell worse. The urine smell is more fragnant now than before.
