John was the Xerores technition that serviced our home. John was very curticus and efficient. He sold us as cleaning of our dryer vent, something that I have been planning on doing for several months. I was ammased at the good work he did and the effort he put forward to satisfy us. I will defintly recomend your service to anyone who asks for a erliable service.
The employee was very respectful and polite. He made it very clear what any surcharges would be before starting the work -- so there would be no surprises. He also was able to move most furniture and clean underneath.

After he had finished the carpet the house smelled very fresh, he used a citrus fragrance.
I liked the no chemicals in the water... the steam cleaning and the protective barriers that were applied to the rugs. The special was for 129.00 for 3 rooms with protective in one of the rooms. The final bill was far more money than that... He did a great job cleaning the carpets in the allotted time he said he would be here. He was very nice and informative, only he used his i-phone for the math when explaining the added services to me. It was hard to understand. I did ask him for an invoice, but he said it was on his i-phone and would show me the figures as he went along. I checked my bill afterwards on my computer and noticed he had charged me for 3 landings @ 10.00 ea. when there is only 2 landings. The bill came to $913.00. Pretty spendy, but my carpets look good.
The rest of the bill is hard to decipher. I really am happy with the job and the results.
