It works. We had Stanley Stemmer do our carpets about 8 Months ago. with in 1 week all the stain were back even with there stain guard. We had them come back out and do it again, with in a week most of the stains were back. Not one came back with Zerorez Thank You

Exceptional cleaning with minimal "wetness" when completed; on time; professional staff; extremely careful when cleaning furniture upholstery (taupe velvet in my case). I had been a customer when I lived in CA, so I was very pleased when Zerorez came to Portland. Try their in-home spot-clean solution for between (professional cleaning) spills.

The service was very good - there are a couple of strips of carpet in one room that are not clean, but I'm sure you will come back right away to remedy that.
