I liked that there were no chemicals used. I also liked the honesty of the technician. He was very upfront about the stains that he would not be able to get out. He did work hard and was able to lighten them.

The orange prewash was all we could smell when the job was done. We had then done on a Friday evening and by morning the carpets were clean and dry with no chemical odor.
