Stacey was efficient, friendly, extremely careful and respectful of our home. I was happy that there were no heavy fragrances or chemical odors with the cleaning. The change in the look of the carpet was dramatic, especially in the track areas. We will be careful to keep our carpet clean but anxious to see if stays cleaner longer than after other carpet cleaning.

Great job of getting spots removed. Service was fast and agent was courteous and informative.

John was very professional. He explained what was going to be done and explained the Zerorex product. The carpets dried in a fairly short period of time with no obnoxious odor residue.

Everyone is so friendly. When I call we go over what I'd like done. I get a call from the serviceman letting me know he's 15 min out or on his way. The serviceman comes to the door with booties in hand and we do a walk through of what needs cleaning. Within two hours the job is done. The carpets, spots and all are clean and dry within 4-6 hrs. No stiffness. Just freshness!

Absolutely NO smell after cleaning, which is one of the *key* reasons I responded to their radio advertising (thanks, KPOJ Carl!). I have a dog and cat and their messes were nicely cleaned up - by the friendly and low-key franchise owner himself. Will recommend and use again on other parts of the house and the upholstery next time.
