I like that no chemicals are used. We have found that cleaners only leave residue behind so we have always avoided using them and having our carpets commercially cleaned. We love this service!

Products - no harmful chemicals

The cleaning looks good so far..we like the idea that there is no chemical residue and the carpets dried quickly.

The carpeting dried without dirty water residue wicking-up into the fibers from the carpet pad.

However, it would be good if the technician didn't announce to me that he hates cleaning
Burber carpeting. I DID say that it is difficult to pull the dirty water out of it; but,
he shouldn't have said that to a customer. He seemed to be feeling/acting very hyper or high-strung
about something when talking to me.

The gentleman was very professional.....informative...nice to work with.....and the process was amazing and the result is wonderful...no residue...no smells...dried quickly....

The carpet was very soiled with 3 kids and two dogs and the carpet looked so clean and it saved us from having to invest in new carpet!
