You did what you promised! First of all, our appointment window was 11 - 1. At 12:15 I received a call from our tech Jeff, stating that he would be here by 12:45...and he was! He called even though he was still in the appointment window time. I appreciated that consideration. And, the carpets came out beautifully even though they are quite old. All the stains came out (except for a small area of a wax stain which Jeff talked to me about and told me what to try.) At the start of the cleaning there was a mild citrus smell. I left the house to do errands after Jeff left and came back about 3 1/2 hours later to beautiful, dry carpets and a freshness in the air. I would DEFINATELY have ZEROREZ back in my home! Thaks so much.

We heard your ad on KPOJ and made the appointment. We've had several companies "clean" our carpets, but this time they look, feel and smell clean. Our living room carpet is 32 years old and showed the history of two active sons, two dogs and a cat. The berber carpet in the great room is 22 years old, and was looking dull and gray...dirty. It was cleaned three months ago by another company, took two days to dry, and there were stains that remained. Zerorez to the rescue: my husband was amazed when he saw the dirt come up, and said it was remarkable to compare the clean carpet with the dirty carpet next to it as the technician worked. The dingy, gray look is gone...we'd forgotten how that carpet originally looked. Both carpets were dry in a five hours -- yes, the berber carpet was totally dry (warm summer days help with that). So glad you are in the Portland area and helping people like us. :)

There is so much to like about this company. First, I made my appointment online. All of the pricing was there to see so there were no financial surprises. Second, the office called me a day ahead of my appointment and reminded me of the appointment. Third, the service technician called before he came and came just when he was scheduled to come. He was very pleasant and through. He went through my home and measured, identified problem areas and to my surprise, the total was less than I expected. The entire time in my home, the technician was very thoughtful of my home and put corner protectors on my furniture and walls so they wouldn't be scuffed by cords or equipment. He took extra time on the problem areas and asked me to be sure that I was satisfied before he left. Best of all, just like I have heard on the Larz Larson show, there was no chemical smell after he was finish. Finally, the carpet dried so much faster than with other companies I have used. The finished and dried result is even better than I had hoped for. Thank you Zerorez!!

Everything went smooth. No problems to menion.

I had a bad odor in my carpet at the bottom of my stair way and you removed it with one application of your special product. That same area was cleaned previously on three separate occasions by two other carpet cleaning companies and they were unable to remove the smell. I had also used an ozone machine to try to remove the odor and was unsuccessful. In came Zerorez and out went the bad odor. Thank you Zerorez for your outstanding service.

Zerorez came in to clean our AC unit and ducts. They made it very easy to make an appointment, and were right on time. The technician was respectful of our house and careful not to make a huge mess. He walked through the house with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was fast and thorough, and the results are very satisfactory. Also, everything was paperless: the technician handled everything on his mobile device, and my invoice was emailed to me. I will definitely use Zarorez in the future.

On time, quick, no high pressure extra sales tactics

I am not sure of the product as this was just done. It does appear to clean well but I am not sure of the 100% zerorez - it did seem a little 'crunchy' in some spots when first walked on. It has been my experience with carpet cleaning that it appears clean and good at first but quickly fades. It is yet to be seen if that will happen with Zerorez. Although I had tracking problems it was resolved well. I was very surprised to find a real english speaking nice woman answer the phone on a Sunday. Although I was disappointed when she said some one would call me back that day and no one did. Jen was very helpful when I called again on the holiday Monday. Again I was surprised that some one was there on a holiday that could help! Stacey was also very helpful. He came back and resolved my problem and was concerned that it was right and I was satisfied with the service. His sevice on Friday was also good - he was on time, polite, got right to work and was pleasant.

Like the job the cleaning does. Wish it were easier to schedule appointments.

Carpets had been cleaned before and stains came back after a day or two. After zerorez the stains were virtually gone! Much better cleaning than I have had in the past!

Treatment options were available to fit our long term flooring plans and allowed us to get the cleaning that we needed and stay within our budget. Finn was thorough in his explanation and was careful around the freshly painted walls. He spent extra time on some stubborn spots that, quite frankly, I expected to still have after cleaning. I was especially pleased with the use of corner protectors. First time I've ever had a carpet cleaner use these.

I've had the same person do my carpets a couple of times and having that familure person to take care of special requests is very helpful.
