1.The technician arrived on time, he was very professional, answering all our questions, addressing our concerns. 2. The vents were throughly cleaned. 3. The carpet was cleaned, stains removed and had a pleasant scent.
I did not realize that it would take more than 8 hours for the carpet to dry. That is a drawback to your system.

Karma, I hoped into my car after work, Lars Larson was on the radio and recommended Zerorez. While he read off the phone number I was dialing. The gal who answered the phone was not only respectful and business like she was kind and fun. A big plus in my book. I have to say I really appreciate the fact Fin was willing to split my cleaning into two different visits. Not feeling so well the first visit, Fin was more than willing to come back on another day to finish. Bless his heart for that. Now with my air vents cleaned and the carpet spot free, my little home feels so much more comfortable and breathable. I will defiantly recommend Zerorez to everyone from verbal to Face Book. The products got out some pretty bad coffee and cola stains that had been in the carpet for quite awhile. The areas that were heavily soiled cleaned up beautifully. No after odor which was nice. Service was awesome, from the lady I spoke with initially on the phone to the technician who cleaned the carpet. He was very nice, asked questions about the kind of stains I had and what kind of use the carpet gets. He was very knowledgeable about their products and care and cleaning of carpets. I am so pleased with how beautiful my carpets look considering how bad they were.

as old as my carpet is it still comes out very clean! I still love how little moisture is in the carpet when they are done and just a few hours later it feels almost dry!!!!

Zerorez was very professional from my first phone contact. The tech called 15 minutes in advance to let me know he was almost there. He made my 20 yr old carpet look new again. What you advertise of no residue is correct. My carpets were soft and dry within a couple of hours. Good job, I will recommend zeroez to my friends. Name removed

The carpet is nice and soft after the cleaning and looks nice. Have a lot more exhaust coming out the dryer vent - it really needed cleaned. John was pleasant and like the way you protect the corners of the walls so the host does not mark of the walls.

Easy to book services, conscientious phone and in home staff. Did not care for format of taking my credit card number on staff's cell phone at the end of the service...which seemed to not work easily because of lack of cell service. I was emailed an invoice following the service, but did not have a signed agreement in hand. But hey guess I am behind the times.

Technician was professional, curteous. Carpets look good and price was fair. Can't ask for more.

Jon was very professional, courteous. Even while I was gathering information at the beginning of this process all ZEROREZ staff I came in contact with was very service oriented. Since I have been in the hospitality industry for 35+ years I certainly notice customer oriented employees.

You don't use chemicals as your first line of defense. But have them if necessary.
The guy you sent bent over backwards to take care of our problem areas and even added in cleaning the fabric on our dining room chairs. I totally forgot to add them to the list when making the appointment.
