Service was excellent - professional, timely, courteous, honest, and productive. I was surprised at how good the carpet looked and felt after being cleaned by Zerorez. The carpet seemed softer to the touch and the worn areas looked almost new again. I've used other steam cleaning companies in the past but I honestly think Zerorez is a much better cleaning system. I plan to use Zerorez to clean my carpets on a yearly basis.
Wonderful customer service, technican was very committed to ensure he knew what we wanted before he started work, no pressure to up-sale, made great recommendation on how often to have the carpets cleaned and explained why. Our tech was very personable and friendly while explaining your service completely and suggesting what we needed. We were very pleased that we were able to schedule an evening appointment. The carpets were damp when we went to bed, but as our tech had told us, they dried very quickly. No dampness upon rising in the morning. The house smelled clean:)
