Great customer service, efficient, prompt and knowledgable. Our pet stains came out and the carpet looks great stilll a week later! The pet odor was also gone and the carpets dried quickly and without a residue. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
Zero Chemicals and worked better than a company that does use harsh chemicals that leave residues that cause your carpet to later become dirtier than before you had your carpets cleaned.

I enjoyed your technician, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet wasnt soaked like other carpet cleaning companies Iv used in the past. Fresh clean smell, not wet carpet smell. All the spots were gone and have not returned. There are still some areas that didnt come completely clean but after 5yrs. of use, its understandable why they wouldnt come out. I already have recommended Zerorez to friends and family. Overall, very impressed. Thank you.
