Everything. Your technicians are very knowledgeable. They walk around your house with you so you can point out any particular areas of concern. They recommend what should be done and have the ability/equipment/product to get your carpet beautifully clean. The technician was friendly and helpful making several suggestions to get some bad areas clean. I appreciated all they did. My carpet hasn't looked this clean for quite some time. All my puppy "pee" stains are gone and the carpet is soft, bright and smells nice. I will never, never use another company to clean my carpets in the future.
